If you’re like me and love a flaky pie crust but hate cutting in that cold, hard butter—use your food processor! I’ll list the link to the recipe at the bottom. First make your pie crust and follow directions with the chilling. Roll it out it out to your preference. I have some thin and then normal thickness to meet all taste buds. Next you will brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and if you like, cinnamon. Then fold over and lightly run your rolling pin over for a denser pastry. I use a pizza cutter to create my desired shapes and sizes. Place the cut pastry on a baking sheet, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar again. Then put in the oven and bake. The rest is as easy or complicated as you want. I was in a hurry and used canned apple pie filling, Cool Whip, and homemade chocolate pie filling. Then I arranged my piechoes to go.
